Processing, shipping & dispatch timeline

- Flat shipping rate: $40 for the USA and $49 for Europe. No minimum or maximum number of plants. You can purchase any quantity with the same shipping cost.
- Processing / shipping / dispatch: 7-10 business days after process confirmation
- Live plants are packed with protective measures to reduce transit stress.
Claims & rare DOA cases
Plant loss is very rare with our packing standards and export experience. If an issue occurs:
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours after opening the package
- We will offer either:
- Up to 50% refund, or
- Reshipment (shipping cost covered by the buyer)
Claim requirements: Please provide clear unboxing photos and/or a short video for verification.
